From one of our regulars, Orangensaft, comes news of a big TFC event in the planning stage, WCTFC, or World Championship of Team Fortress Classic. Why noone have ever arranged this before surprises me, but maybe the time is really just right for this? I hope so. I also hope that this WCTFC after 10 years of struggling byt concers, rjumpers and pipers have separate classes for skillz people. Anyway, I paste Orangensaft's steam forum info here and I hope he gets the attention and support this really deserves
- - In a match each team has 8 players (off/def arrangement not done yet, but it will most likely be done by the teams (how many off/def players))
- - one map takes 30 minutes, 2 maps are played
- - one map is played on the home server, the other map is played on the enemy server - that makes it possible to have a fair match on intercontinental games like US vs. FR or AU vs. DE.
