How to participate?

• Open for everybody
• You dont have to stay for 6 hours. Just as long as you like.

How to win?

• Get a free slot
• Get as many frags as you can.
• Bring up the scoreboard and take a screenshot.
• Upload it to ImageShack or Photobucket
• Post a thumbnail in this thread
• Only your best Scoreboard should be submitted. You can't sum up your evenings scores

What do I win?

First price


Your very own player custom model of your choice which will work on all Euroskillz servers except CTF. We wont actually make a model but we can help you edit the textures. If you dont have a suggestion you can pick one from this package

Player models use memory on the server so this will be a temporary honor.
If and when we have another similar event you will have to defend your position to be able to keep it.

Second price


You will be selected as Player of the Week in the Euroskillz Steam Group

Third price


Some would say that this is the best price. You will receive 30 minutes personal conc training by Renegade. (if he is generous and you are a promising student it can be extended). If you are a medium skilled concer and wan't to push your limits then this is the man who can help you achieve it.

About the map RAPIDCORE

Rapidcore is inspired by the HL1 universe. It was distributed together with Half-Life 1.1.1.0 Patch as a HLDM map. Some high security, hi-tech, nuclearish facility.
It is often mentioned when HLDM maps are mentioned along with maps such like Bounce, Crossfire, Stalkyard. In a review by The Neutral Zone it received a score of 82/100.
I'm not sure what happened to Valves plans of Half-Life 1 Deathmatch: Source but Rapidcore was there in the list of maps up for a face lift.

The TFC port has no bags but armor refills and medkits

No ammo refill is awesome. Adds for a better challenge and you need to be sure you collect all the scraps from dead players ~.^!

i doubt that dl the map would be needed, unless you have been decompiling it, as long as hl is installed (should be if tfc is ) you dont need to dl anything but hmm, i dno if it sparks my interest, 6 hours is a pretty long time and 1 map only, then it will get boring pretty fast i think

The point is not to be there 6 hours non stop.
You join, you get a good score.
Take a screenshot and leave.
The top 3 scores wins.

so the map is on a set timelimit and will repeat, and whoever has the highest score over the period of one 30 minute period (example) will win? or the map will be on for 6 hours and if someone DOES stay for 6 hours they will win :C

i think he means he will have a time limit, wich is good, i can easily enjoy dm for 30-60 minutes, but not for much longer than that

Sounds refreshing, I haven't played HLDM in a VERY long time.

I think i meant 6 hours time limit.
But I changed my mind.
30 minute rotation.
To many problems can come after a long map duration.

6h non stop np played call of duty dunno how long but got 1300+ frags on a 24/7 map server lol
although on tfc that might be too much
